These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NestFrame Studios website, studios, and rental gear. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us.
- Rates are listed per hour or per day, as specified in each catalog item.
- Taxes and fees may apply and are shown at checkout.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
- 48+ hours before booking: full refund or free reschedule subject to availability.
- Less than 48 hours: 50% refund; reschedules may incur a fee.
- Less than 24 hours: non-refundable due to staffing and prep costs.
3. Studio and gear use
- Use only for lawful productions; no hazardous materials or open flames.
- Grip and power must be used safely; ask if uncertain.
- You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
4. Conduct
We maintain a respectful, calm set environment. Harassment, discrimination, or dangerous behavior is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
5. Insurance
For larger productions or certain gear packages, proof of insurance may be required. We will advise during booking if this applies.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestFrame Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
7. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
